- Add 1 teaspoon of dried leaves (approx. 2.5-3 g) to your favourite cup, mug or infuser.
- Pour water at a temperature of 75-85°C (approx. 200-250 ml) over the leaves – remember to pour the water slowly. You can focus on your intention at this moment.
