Deliveries Outside the European Union and Import Charges

1. The Store may offer delivery to countries located outside the European Union, subject to the availability of the relevant delivery method.
2. The price of the Goods and the delivery fee displayed in the Store include charges collected by the Seller, unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to a particular order. The price does not include any potential public-law charges or fees related to the importation of the Goods into the destination country.
3. Delivery of Goods outside the European Union may involve, in particular:
   1. customs clearance;
   2. customs duties, including import duties;
   3. import taxes, including import VAT or a similar tax;
   4. fees charged by the carrier, postal operator or customs agent for making a customs declaration or handling customs clearance;
   5. other mandatory charges related to the importation of the Goods.
4. Unless the relevant order expressly states that the Seller will arrange delivery including payment of import charges, any import charges shall be payable by the recipient or importer of the shipment in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
5. The amount and method of calculating import charges depend in particular on the destination country, the type and value of the Goods, the cost of transport, the applicable tariff or commodity code, the country of origin and the laws applicable in the country of import. The Seller cannot guarantee the amount of such charges, as they are determined by the competent authorities or entities operating in the destination country.
6. Import charges may be collected from the recipient before delivery or upon delivery of the shipment. Failure to pay such charges may result in, among other things, a delay in delivery, the shipment being held, the shipment being returned to the Seller or additional charges being imposed by the carrier.
7. The Seller shall provide the carrier or competent authorities with the information necessary for customs clearance, based on the information relating to the order. The recipient is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for delivery and customs clearance.
8. The consumer shall be informed of the possibility that import charges may arise before placing the order. The amount of such charges is not included in the price of the Goods or the delivery fee charged by the Seller, unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to the relevant order.
9. Nothing in this section limits the consumer’s rights under mandatory applicable law. If the Seller has failed to provide the consumer with the legally required information concerning additional charges or costs before the conclusion of the contract, the applicable mandatory provisions of law shall apply.
