Sacral Chakra Tea (Svadhishthana) is a composition of carefully selected herbs and ingredients that support harmony of body and soul. The base of this unusual herbal blend is the sour hibiscus with its intense ruby colour and the pleasant, honeyed rooibos, commonly referred to as "red tea". They are accompanied by perfectly matched additives: lemongrass, which lends lightness and freshness, intense and refreshing eucalyptus, energetic orange peel and richly flavoured rosehips. Dried red cornflower petals please the eye with their beautiful appearance. The composition is topped off with natural grapefruit oil, which gives the tea a unique citrus aroma.

How to brew a tea for the Sacral Chakra?

Pour 2 teaspoons of tea (approximately 3g) into a cup and pour 200ml of water at 90-95°C. Allow the tea to infuse for about 4-5 minutes. After this time, strain the leaves from the infusion. Enjoy!
