How to use incense sticks?

1. Place the incense stick in the special holder.
2. Light the incense with a match or lighter.
3. Wait for the incense to glow and blow out the flame.
4. As you extinguish the flame, you can close your eyes and think about the intention that will accompany your ritual.
5. If you want to extinguish the incense before burning to the end, press the tip with the ember against the holder.
