La pacho is a fascinating plant that comes straight from the wild Amazon jungle. As far back as thousands of years ago, the indigenous inhabitants of this area prepared an infusion from the bark of the lapacho tree, which is now known as the "tea of the Incas". They attributed countless favourable benefits to it. However, that is not all that makes la pacho so special. The bark of the tree has an interesting sweet-spicy flavour, with a nutty and woody note, making it an ideal combination with infusions of herbs, tea and yerba mate.

La pacho – how to use?

La pacho can be consumed as an infusion – pour 1-2 tablespoons of bark over a glass of water and boil, over a low heat, for about 15 minutes. La pacho can also be added in small amounts as an addition to an herbal infusion, tea or yerba mate.
