Muira puama – how to use?
Muira puama can be consumed in the form of an infusion – mix 1-2 teaspoons of the bark with a glass of water and boil covered for about 15 minutes. We recommend drinking a maximum of 2 glasses of such a prepared infusion per day. Muira puama can also be added in small amounts as an addition to an infusion of herbs, tea or yerba mate.
